Piston Pumps

Pneumatic piston pumps are used to move high viscosity and thixotropic pastes from supplied bulk containers to point  of application which could simply be a dispensing valve or multiple valves or proportioning heads, equally the pumps could supply metering, mixing and dispensing systems as part of an integral supply system
It is important to note that when transferring high viscosity or thixotropic pastes from, typically 20L or 200L containers it is important to do so without introducing air pockets, the cleanest most efficient method to do this is to use a Graco pneumatic piston pump with follower seal.
Pumps are available with follower seals to process from 20L and 200L pails and barrels and also available as stick pumps for high viscosity but flowable materials.
