Twinflow DFR20 & DFR200

Utilising Posiload™ piston pump technology proven in thousands of machines over a period of 40 years ensuring a shot accuracy of /- 0.5%. Direct gunning is available as standard to mix resins at the end of lengths of hoses or filling cartridges with mixed material for remote applications. The DFR20 and DFR200 has a versatile design concept enabling a wide range of options and configurations to fully comply with our customer’s requirements for their production needs.

Description

Designed to process one high viscosity and one flowable resin, the main component resin is pumped direct from a 20L (DFR20) or a 200L (DFR200) drum and the low volume hardener being flow able is stored in a gravity feed reservoir. The DFR20 is capable of up to 1L/min. The DFR200 is capable of up to 3L/min. Fixed ratio ranges from 1:1 to 25:1. Pumpable viscosities can be above 1,000,000 cps.
