Twinflow FR1 & VR1

This mid-range machine is a cost effective way to accurately dispense and mix two component resin systems. Utilising Posiload™ piston pump technology, proven for over 35 to 40 years, enabling a shot size range of mixed material from 1 to 70 cc’s with repeatable accuracy of /- 1%.

The FR1 series of machines are available in fixed and variable ratio format. Viscosity acceptance from water thin up to 1,000,000 cps. In its standard format this machine is pneumatically driven and controlled but with its versatile design concept many variations are possible to suit our customers production needs, culminating in an electric driven unit with touch screen intuitive operator control for the ultimate in smart metering, mixing and dispensing, this is why this machine is a market leader in its range.
