Twinflow FR10 & VR10

The 10 series high output range of equipment was specifically designed to accurately and reliably meter, mix and dispense two component resin systems, utilising Posiload™ piston pump technology proven in thousands of machines over a period of 40 years ensuring a shot accuracy of /- 0.5%.

They are available in fixed and variable ratio formats with ratio ranges from 1:1 to 46:1 on the fixed ratio and 1:1 to more than 100:1 on the variable ratio machine. With a wide dispensing range it is capable of from 8 to 1200cc, as per cycle and up to 10L/min with a viscosity acceptance of up to 1,000,000cps.

The FR10 and VR10 has a versatile design concept enabling a wide range options and configurations to fully comply with our customers’ requirements for their production needs. Reservoirs available for this machine range from on board gravity feed tanks up to 300L and 1 tonne IBC’s for flowable resin systems to transfer pumps processing from 20L up to 200L barrels.
