Twinflow FR300 & FR1200

The FR300 and FR1200 use the unique and patented single cylinder drive system combined with fixed ratio pumps in a modular design which meets the needs of today’s high performance, high accuracy demands of an ever evolving progressive industry.

At the heart of the machines are two patented Posiload™ positive displacement pumps, sizes to match ratio, which maintains shot size accuracy independent of material viscosity and ambient temperature. The FR300 and FR1200 can process viscosities up to 1,000,000cps at outputs from a few grams to several kilograms a minute. All resin materials are contained within separate enclosed reservoir systems and mixing takes place in a minimum volume chamber, which greatly reduces waste.

The versatile design allows for a wide range of options to be built into any machine, making it adaptable for many far reaching applications throughout industry.
