Twinflow LC50FR & LC120FR

Our latest parallel drive system, ensuring consistent processing of materials with either high mix ratio and/or differing viscosities. This new development engineered with Fluid Research’s Posiload™ positive displacement metering pump technology, ensures repeatable, accurate volumetric metering, mixing and dispensing of low to medium viscosity or thixotropic two-part resin systems. Examples are epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, adhesives or potting compounds.

This compact machine is simplistic in its format and flexible in its design to accommodate a range of optional extras to suit the wide range of available resins and the differing customer application needs.

The LC50FR is capable of dispensing (depending on ratio) mixed material from 1 to 50cc. The LC120FR will dispense from 5 to 120cc to within +/- 1% volumetric accuracy.

This low cost investment is an economic solution to a wasteful, hazardous process.
